How to get the most out of Real Estate Buddy — built for agents who do rentals.
1. Connect your MLS
In Settings, save your SABOR login (encrypted, only used for your own listings). Then hit Sync from MLS on the dashboard — your active listings pull in automatically with their details.
2. Price it right
Open a property and run Price analysis. For rentals you get a recommended monthly range with rent comps and per-sqft; for sales, a CMA with adjusted comps and a suggested list. Price at (or just under) the recommended number to move faster.
3. Photos & description
- Lead with the best exterior or living-space shot — it's the thumbnail everywhere.
- Bright, wide, level. Turn on every light; shoot in the morning.
- Let the AI write the description from the listing details — then tweak the voice.
4. Market it
On a property, open Marketing to generate social posts (Facebook, Instagram, and more) and an email + SMS blast in your voice. Publish the property to get a clean public listing page with an inquiry form you can share anywhere.
5. Work your leads
Every inquiry lands in Leads tied to the exact property. Move them through the pipeline — new → contacted → showing → application → leased. Reply by email and the thread is captured right on the lead.
