Your own MLS credentials — encrypted, used only to sync your listings. Never shared.

Your online application page (e.g. your Red Wagon apply link). Used by the “Send application” button on a lead.
Text messaging (ClickSend)
Your own ClickSend account — lets you text leads from their page. Encrypted; the API key is never shown again.
To receive replies: in ClickSend → SMS → Inbound SMS Settings, add a rule with action URL and paste this webhook:

Where happy tour guests (4–5★) are sent to post a review. Paste your Google review link and cgmimm profile.

Facebook Page
Connect your business Page to post listings straight from a property. Only your Page is used.
Listing accuracy — browser extension
Install the “Real Estate Buddy Verify” extension, paste this pairing token, then open your listing on Zillow/Homes.com/Realtor.com/Rentinsa and click Check. Results appear on each listing’s Accuracy tab.
Keep this token private — it links the extension to your account.
